The terms for my sheet music are simple.
1. No refunds. Listen to a cadence before you purchase it, to determine if it's at the right skill level for your drumline.
2. No extra-organizational distribution. Yes, you can print out the music and distribute it amongst your drumline. You are not permitted to distribute physical or digital copies outside of your organization (school or drumline).
3. Derivatives are fine. If you make significant modifications to the score (and thus create a derivative work), please credit me, Alan W Szlosek Jr, and flamswiss.com. Otherwise, you are permitted to create a significant derivative of a piece and do what you want with it.
4. Have fun. If you don't have fun playing one of my cadences, then I have failed.
