OMG Cavies

I wrote previously about my Cavies cadence, so here's a preview of my progress so far. The first version was written in 1998 for the Sebring High School drumline, inspired by an excerpt of the 1993 Cavaliers show. The first page of music hasn't changed much since then, but the rest is going in a whole new direction.

The indoor commission has since fallen through, but I had a blast writing what I did. This is just the opener, written for a beginner drumline, for a marching battery only show.

Still pretty excited about this cadence. Been working on it since September so it's kind of like a bastard zombie that won't die even though I keep hacking pieces off with a machete.
